I found this program online this week and tested it out myself. You get 111 free minutes after that you have to pay for service (I think), 111 minutes is great right? I don’t know about you guys but I use t-mobile and at my house my service is not that great!  This service works with wifi network so make sure you have wifi at your house. No credit card needed to signup. Let me know your guys feedback.
