So the appstore has not impacted installer much. In fact, since the 11th the bandwidth for the repository has almost doubled. One of my hostings even closed me down today. Speculation could be that many folks are updating to 2.0 then having to downgrade and reinstall all their apps.

i agree with you
there are too many iphone 2g out there… so no appstore for the majority of users yet…

Specially with the automatic updates inside itunes, a lot of people get in trouble with there 2g phone!

Course another point is like my brother. You have users that were potentially waiting for a 3G. When they could not get one without a contract they got a New 1Gen and are cracking them for the first time. Something like that……..
Course the person he bought it from had to update it the day before, requireing me to research before downgrading. - I hate reading.
